I’m Brian Pozar, an Information Technology, Supply Chain, and Sales Operations executive with more than 20 years of experience leading large‑scale transformation in manufacturing and distribution. Today I serve as Director of Technology Transformation at NDS, where I focus on using AI, data, and modern tooling to streamline operations, empower teams, and drive measurable business outcomes. I sit within the sales organization, reporting to the VP of Sales, and work closely with Sales and Customer Service leaders to improve how we sell, serve customers, and make decisions.
Earlier in my career I built my foundation in IT, progressing from Systems Engineer to Director of Information Technology at NDS. I led infrastructure, ERP, analytics, and web/app development initiatives, integrated multiple acquisitions, and helped move the business toward more data‑driven, customer‑centric operations. After NDS was acquired by NORMA Group, I shifted into supply chain leadership—ultimately serving as Director of Logistics, Planning, and Data Science—where I was responsible for inventory, material purchasing, and freight spend, and used analytics, planning tools, and process improvements to strengthen service and cost performance.
I hold an MBA with Distinction from California State University, Fresno, along with technical certifications including MCSE and CCNA. Outside of the office, I’m also a commercially rated pilot and FAA‑certified flight instructor, which reflects the same mix of discipline, continuous learning, and calm decision‑making I bring to my work. Taken together, my background in IT, supply chain, and sales operations lets me operate comfortably at the intersection of strategy and execution: understanding how the business really works, then building the systems, processes, and teams that help it work better.
